Cast-iron buildings, designer shops, and streets packed with shoppers. The artists who made it cool got priced out decades ago, but the galleries have been replaced by high-end retail. Still gorgeous though, especially early morning before the crowds hit. Good luck finding an actual resident, but amazing people watching.
