Spanish Harlem's got some of the best Latin food in the city, amazing street art, and real neighborhood vibes. La Marqueta's been feeding the neighborhood since the 1930s, and the street vendors on 116th Street make some of the best tacos around. Yeah, gentrification's creeping in, but the Puerto Rican pride and culture runs deep.
